Regarding: B.C. Supreme Court Justice Richard Blair
Enclosed please find relevant documents that prove fraud within B.C. Supreme Court
Justice Blair judgement. Also please be advised further issues relating to misconduct
have been raised.
Documents are:
1. Letter dated May 17, 2002 to John David McGreevy, Barrister and Solicitor, a
request to review Dr. Philip White's affidavit in order to establish that Judge
Blair's alleged evidence failed to appear anywhere.
2. May 21, 2002 letter from John David McGreevy, Barrister and Solicitor proving
Judge Blair and the B.C. Appeal Court made allegations that failed to appear
within the evidence.
3. A British Columbia Medical Services Billing Statement that proves Dr. White had
it both ways, paid for the same September 20, 1994 attendance Judge Blair alleged
to never happened.
4. The B.C. Court of Appeal alleged Dr. White had some form of a failing memory
regarding the above mentioned attendance although this alleged failing memory
claim failed to appear anywhere. John David McGreevy, Barrister and Solicitor
considered the issue of Dr. White's alleged failing memory within his review of
the evidence.
In addition I would request that you examine the following:
1. Judge Blair's dinner at the homes of doctor witnesses, his refusal to step aside.
2. Judge Blair withheld both law and evidence in order to provide benefit.
3. Judge Blair awarded court costs based upon fraud and judgement construction.
4. Judge Blair ordered a closed court without the ability for a trial or cross-examine.
Letters from the Prime Minister office, the Ministry of Justice and Canadian Judicial
Council have all rejected my family's ability to bring forward documented proof of fraud in an effort for Judge Blair to reasonably explain and produce his alleged evidence.
It is my view that Prime Minister Jean Chretien, Justice Minister Anne McLellan and
Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin have conspired to suppress open scrutiny of Judge
Blair and deprive my family's ability to present proof of fraud and misconduct openly.
This letter is a formal request for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police to investigate and
provide my family answers to the following questions:
A. Did Prime Minister Jean Chretien obstruct justice by not providing the ability to
present evidence of fraud openly?
B. Did Justice Minister Anne McLellan obstruct justice by not providing the ability to
present evidence of fraud openly?
C. Did Chief Justice Beverley Mclachlin obstruct justice by not providing the ability
to present evidence of fraud openly?
Yours sincerely,
Paul Post.nikoff
