Justice Blair said:

[18] ... Dr. White acknowledged receiving from the Mission Mall Medical Clinic records of an attendance at the Mall by Mr. Post.nikoff on March17, 1994, to discuss a vasectomy. The Mall's medical staff referred him to Dr. White, his family physician. "Blair, J." BLAIR J.

The Reality:

What on Earth do these allegations made by Judge Blair have to do with anything? Other than possibly once again proving that the Plaintiff needed information about risk.

The legal council for Dr. Philip Anthony White openly told Judge Blair that no part of the elective surgery including information on the risk was not discussed at the Mission Mall Medical Clinic and that the Plaintiff had been referred back to Dr. White his family physician for this information. Absolutely no inferences can be drawn that risk had been discussed, no evidence was presented by the Mission Mall Medical Clinic. Fraud and a total lack of credibility is claimed as Judge Blair's inferences were intended to mislead. Fraud is claimed on an alleged consent. Fraud is claimed on the judges alleged evidence that failed to appear anywhere. Judge Blair is not required to explain or produce his alleged evidence.
