Shame on British Columbia Supreme Court Justice Richard Blair. Fraud is claimed on issues of alleged consent and alleged doctor evidence that failed to appear.

Justice Blair said:

[15] ....  I have no material from Dr. Hart .....  "Blair, J."  BLAIR J.

WARNING! A referral from Dr. Hart was excluded.

The Reality:

Judge Blair's alleged "I have no material from Dr. Hart" is in sharp contradiction to the legitimate evidence of the Mayo Clinic referral that had been presented to the court. Justice Blair ordered the court proceeding closed to witnesses and would not permit Dr. Hart to testify in person. Bias and a total lack of credibility is claimed. Fraud is claimed.

The Plaintiff's Affidavit: (Real evidence before Justice Blair.)

[35] Attached hereto and marked exhibit "CC" is a hand written referral from Dr. Hart for me to be seen at the Mayo Clinic. My understanding is that the Mayo Clinic is a world leader in the healthcare field and has a reputation for the best highly ethical and best qualified expert physicians within North America. I have yet to attend the Mayo Clinic as the costs are not provided from any Medical Services Plan held by me. I am respectfully hopeful that the Honourable Court will support Dr. Hart and me in awarding me the costs of my attending at this facility.
